1. Real-Time Financial Transparency (Open API Implementation)
We offer a free, automated, read-only solution using bank Open APIs to eliminate financial reporting delays. By publishing transaction flows openly in real time, we aim to ensure transparency for civil society organizations, strengthen institutional trust, and establish a benchmark model for improving the oversight of shared-budget processes.
2. Independent Digital Whistleblowing Infrastructure (IDWP) - https://shugel.hexagon.mn/
In collaboration with the open-source GlobaLeaks platform, we are deploying a secure, highly encrypted digital whistleblowing environment designed to foster structural accountability. This infrastructure protects informant anonymity while providing reliable communication channels to report institutional vulnerabilities and gaps.
3. Participatory Governance & Direct Democracy - https://liquidfeedback.com/en/
Utilizing the LiquidFeedback framework, we are launching a localized civic technology pilot to study the impact of direct, liquid democracy on community cohesion. This initiative provides an open digital commons where citizens can debate, propose, and directly coordinate resource allocation to measure outcomes in collective decision-making.
